It was a quite comfortable experience overall. Pleasant staff, well-kept room & fairly clean hotel. Location was strategic, 19 miles to Sultan Ismail airport, perfectly reachable. Efficient check in and in general fantastic service.

Everything was very good, loved our very very good stay. Staff were welcoming and knew how to help. Bed was comfy, and the room itself was large. This solid hotel had a central setting.

I loved the stay here. Fast check-in, good beds and generally OUTSTANDING service. Non-smoking rooms, modern interior. It had a nice view. It was across the secure area.

great value in a market area. loved my stay, it was excellent, the service was impeccable. my accommodation was set in a very central location. the pool was very clean and i had hot drinks in the salad bar.
